Little Cubs Collective has a 30 day return policy for Faulty Items from the date of dispatch. 


How to make a return? Click the ‘contact’ link at the top of the website. Title your message with ‘return’ and your order number. Make sure to add the reason for return in the message. You should receive a response within 48 hours. I would just like to apologise for any faulty item that is sent out as each item is inspected and packed by me and I do the best I can to ensure no faulty items are sent. I will do the best I can to ensure a positive outcome for our customers. Thank you so kindly for understanding.  

PLEASE NOTE ~

FAULTY RETURN GUIDELINES  

  • Returns after a 30 day period from dispatch will not be accepted
  • Return postage costs are not covered by Little Cubs Collective
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted on Banners as they are made to order
  • Returns must be inspected and meet the return guidelines before a refund or exchange will be given (less the cost of original postage), if a return does not meet the return guidelines no exchange or refund will be given. Any further shipping costs are not covered by Little Cubs Collective
  • Faulty returns will not be given on wears that haven’t been washed/cared for as per the care guidelines on each product description.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    REFUNDS FOR LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

    No refunds will be issued for items within the 2 week turn around time. If your item is NOT a pre order and takes longer then the outlined 2 week turn around time to be created and packed you are eligible for a refund if you choose. 

    No refunds will be given on delayed items out of Little Cubs Collectives control, eg, Australia post.

    No refunds will be given on lost or stolen packages.
